- Does not guarantee approval
- Does not guarantee capital allocation
- Does not guarantee communication or follow-up
We reserve full discretion in accepting or rejecting applicants.

Any relationship formed with a capital provider is strictly between you and the third party.
We are not responsible for:
- Agreements
- Payouts
- Trading conditions
- Account restrictions
- Platform access

- Loss of income
- Trading losses
- Missed opportunities
- Any outcomes resulting from third-party relationships
